Mark Volman.     [Use MEMBER's Player]

This 13 April 2008 interview came about as Mark Volman was promoting the reissue of the first two Flo & Eddie albums in a single set on Manifesto Records. Of course, with someone like Mark, we couldn’t talk about just that. We compare and contrast his time with the edgy Frank Zappa as well as The Turtles, accidentally commercially successful as they were. Mark Volman also has a career as an academic and we hear Professor Flo lecture on the role Marc Bolan (T. Rex) had as a catalyst for punk rock.

Dave Archer     [Use MEMBER's Player]

(continued inside player)
