Of course, with someone like Mark, we couldn’t talk about just that. We compare and contrast his time with the edgy Frank Zappa as well as The Turtles, accidentally commercially successful as they were. Mark Volman also has a career as an academic and we hear Professor Flo lecture on the role Marc Bolan (T. Rex) had as a catalyst for punk rock.

Here songs like "Christianity Is Stupid", "I Am God", and "Theme From A Big 10-8 Place" take on new life in a multi-part vocal harmony presentation as an homage to their pastor, Reverend Al "Sugar" Sweet.
