Royalties and other Legal Things
CoolStreams, Inc, is a programming content provider.
CoolStreams, Inc, pays ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and SoundExchange license
fees, and any other required digital license fees, as appropriate
for broadcast of our material. CoolStreams, Inc does not knowingly program recorded materials where the
copyright is not held by the performer (except for performances
covered by performance or other broadcast rights), or on which
the royalties have not been paid to the copyright holders.
CoolStreams, Inc cannot be responsible for any such
violation of copyright laws, but will attempt to remove any
artists' recorded materials from future programming decisions
where it becomes aware of such copyright infringement.
Other than copyright related issues, CoolStreams, Inc
retains sole editorial rights as to what materials to choose or
not for CoolStreams programs, or programs of affiliated
